Who to Notify When You Move House (UK) – Full Change of Address Checklist

Moving House? Don’t Forget to Update Your Address

When you’re moving house in the UK, it’s easy to get caught up in packing boxes and booking the removals van. But one of the most important (and often forgotten) tasks is telling the right people about your new address.

Forget to update your details and you could:

  • Miss out on important letters.

  • Risk fines from HMRC, the DVLA, or your local council.

  • Even void your insurance.

To make it easier, we’ve pulled together a full UK Change of Address Checklist – and there’s a handy printable PDF version you can download at the end.
